  4. Resource Description
    ATCC-DYP0250 Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSCs) were derived from dermal fibroblasts obtained from ATCC CRL1563 CCD186Sk, a human cystic fibrosis cell line. The fibroblasts were reprogrammed by the transient expression of OCT4, SOX2, KLF4 and MYC gene sequences using nonintegrating episomal plasmids. This cell line provides a unique model system for better understanding the molecular pathology associated with cystic fibrosis.
