  • FERBE Free Energy Reconstruction from Biased Experiments ( Software )

    This project is a collection of MATLAB programs for analyzing molecular dynamics simulations and experiments in which an external bias is applied to a molecular system, e.g. umbrella sampling. It includes the weighted histogram analysis method as well as implementations of newer nonequilibrium methods.
