    This collection, from Dr. Ulrich Broeckel (Medical College of Wisconsin), was generated to investigate the molecular mechanisms that underlie the genetic basis of left ventricular hypertrophy. This collection contains over 100 cell lines. Donors for these iPSC lines are part of the Hypertension Genetic Epidemiology Network (HyperGEN). Donors for this collection include both those with a diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy and controls (no disease reported). The age of the donors ranges from 34-83 years, and ethnicities include Caucasian and African American.
